Copyright and recipe sources
Recipe text and photographs can have different rights holders. Catalogue recipes include source credits and licence links. Those licences govern reuse; our software terms do not replace them. Personal third-party imports stay in the owner’s library.
To report a rights issue, email us with your contact details, identification of the work you own or represent, the recipe or source URLs, a good-faith explanation of the unauthorised use, confirmation that your information and authority are accurate, and your signature.
We review notices and may temporarily restrict content during assessment. Contributors may send a response and evidence of permission to the same address. We reassess restrictions against that evidence and the applicable licence. Repeated substantiated infringement may lead to account restrictions. A complaint alone does not establish infringement.
