The best Mealime alternatives, now it has closed
Pick by how you used Mealime. Or snap your fridge and let Pantry Pic plan the week from what you already have.
Mealime shut down on 21 October 2026 and deleted account data. Its recipes now live in Meals Hub, inside the Albertsons Companies grocery apps. For a planner that works with any store, Pantry Pic plans your week from what is in your fridge and keeps your own recipe collection, imported from a photo, a link or pasted text.

Inside Pantry Pic
Everything you used Mealime for
Here is where each Mealime habit lives in Pantry Pic.

Your week on one screen. Move a meal to another day in a tap.

Grouped by aisle. Tick items off as you shop.

One step at a time, with timers built in.

11 options, including vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, keto and paleo.
Move your Mealime recipes in four steps
Mealime had no export button. If you saved screen captures or links before it closed, this is the quickest way to bring them over.
- 1Gather what you saved
Collect any screen captures of recipes you took, plus links to recipes you found on the web.
- 2Import with a photo
In Pantry Pic, tap Add Recipe, then Photo. Each capture becomes a recipe you can edit and scale.
- 3Paste the links
For a recipe from a website, paste the link and the ingredients and steps come in.
- 4Plan the week
Add meals to your plan. One tap adds the missing ingredients to your shopping list.
